Orders & Delivery
You will receive an order confirmation email after payment is completed. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Transit usually takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time is approximately 4–7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. For details, see our Shipping Policy.
Where available, tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment directly through our Track Your Order page.
Payments & Checkout
No. We do not charge additional taxes or shipping fees. The total shown at checkout is final.
Payment is charged at the time you place your order. If authorization fails, the order will not be confirmed.
Returns & Refunds
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by provider.
