Zarivana sells clothing for men and women and delivers orders within the United Kingdom.

We aim to process and deliver all orders efficiently while keeping customers informed at every stage of the shipping process.

2. Shipping Costs
All orders placed on Zarivana are shipped at no additional cost.

  • No shipping fees are charged
  • No additional taxes are applied

The total amount payable is clearly displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

3. Order Processing
After you place an order and payment is successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a business day will be eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after this cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping and Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it is handed over to the delivery carrier for transit.

  • Typical transit time is 3–4 business days
  • Total expected delivery timeframe is approximately 4–7 business days, including processing and transit

All delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or incorrect delivery information.

5. Dispatch and Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be included in the confirmation so you can follow your delivery.

6. Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Zarivana cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Delays and Issues
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

8. Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@zarivana.com.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@zarivana.com as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we will request:
