Return and Exchange Window

Return and Exchange Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition
- Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included and undamaged
- Items must not be washed, altered, customized, or damaged
- Items can only be tried on for inspection and must not show signs of use beyond an initial check
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Items that do not meet the condition requirements outlined above
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or labels
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization
How to Request a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team within the return window and provide:

- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

- Clear photos, where applicable
Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at support@zarivana.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which will include a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.
Return Shipping
Return instructions and address will be provided after your return or exchange request has been approved.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by Zarivana
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- No restocking fees are charged
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, instructions will be provided after approval.
Replacement items are shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before an order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once purchased, gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other gift cards, except where required by law.
Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse of our return policies.
